It is with great joy that we learn of John's improving health and we offer thanks to Our Blessed Lord and St Peregrine for his progress to full health.

He is a very special member of our Celtic Family and we will pray for him each day with the following prayer to St Peregrine who himself was cured of this disease.

St Peregrine, you who for so many years bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fibre of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more.

Ask of God and Our Lady the cure of these sick persons whom we entrust to you.....John Hartson.  Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall praise God for his great goodness and mercy.  Amen.
